Pathetic Customer Service

The company submitted a bid of $435 on Wednesday, June 8, which I accepted. A man named Miguel, who spent ten minutes telling me how good their customer service is, sent me a confirmation email and said he would call me later on Wednesday or early Thursday, with the name of the driver. He set the pickup for Friday. He did not call. I called and emailed him on Thursday- he never got back to me. I called him again on Friday- no answer. I called the company at 8:30 a.m. on Friday and spoke with a woman who said she would get back to me "right away." She never called. I called back later that morning and spoke with Brian, who first denied that I was a customer (until I read him Miguel's email) and then said he would work on it and get back to me at 12:00. He never called. I called him back at 2:00. He did not seem to recognize me and then said they were having internet issues. Hmmmm. Anyway, I cancelled the order. Pretty terrible service. No apologies, no trying to make it right. Nothing.
