no complaints at all. pickup was ontime, delivery ontime, car in perfect shape (except a bit of road grime from the 3000 miles transported). could have used a bit more heads up on the vehicle's arrival (was told after bank closure to be at pickup location at 8am, too early to arrange a cashier's check), but it all worked out. price was good, delivery condition perfect. very pleased. would use again. and no incentive given for me to say this!
