Car was picked up the same day that I had talked to Jimmy and car was delivered 2 days later . Transport kept in contact with me thru whole process. Car was delivered at 9:59 am and transport said he would be there by 10:am He told me the day before he got there he would be there at 10:oo am. You just do not get any better service
