For the uninformed, dealing with the brokers in this industry is like dealing with a den of deadly vipers - only less fun. Most are less honest than mob hit men. I believe that being a 3 time convicted felon is the entry hiring requirement. If they open their mouth they are lying. Not one of the other over a DOZEN brokers did not low ball me by at least 30%. One actually posted it without ever contacting me. Others bought 5 Star ratings, lied about BBB ratings, include false links on their websites.
BUT these guys actually did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Period.
The price was fair. The contract was reasonable and the people were pleasant to deal with and were professional. We agreed to details in the evening and got two transport options in the AM. I rejected one for lack of experience and there was no pushback or selling me on them. The second trucker had the right credentials, they took my fee only when I agreed. Within hours he sent me pictures of the pickup, delivered the car earlier than his original estimate and unloaded it carefully and with skill.
I can only say after the others - these guys did what they said.
