First of all I would like to say I have never ever used a transporter before I was very skeptical about the matter however I needed a way for me to get my vehicle from Illinois to Michigan. I looked online for a tow truck I was told $1200 from start the $1500 I immediately told the tow truck people that was way too much so I searched online for days almost weeks and came across transporters and I filled out the information needed and within seconds my phone rang like never before I was given rates that was insane. Some couldn't even speak English, some forced their plans on me even if I didn't want it, some even told me it don't matter your not our customer and we don't need your money, however this guy named Kevin from Stateway Auto called and was very understanding to my needs, understood what I was saying and we even spoke about his lunch he had just eaten. Kevin took in all my information and informed me he would take care of my needs with no problems and he did. He gave me a total of $245.00 $70 for them and $175 to the driver. I was so shocked I thought he was pulling my leg. I told him yes we would like to have vehicle transported, he informed me step by step of this matter. He also sent me complete details of my booking. I called and called bugging them on purpose to see if they were going to respond Kevin responded every time I called or texted even emailed. They dispatched me a driver within that next hour. I was given all the drivers information as well as Stateway Auto. The driver called me when he arrived to pick up the vehicle he also informed me when he will be at my drop off location. 4 hours later I called the driver to see what was his ETA and it went so fast the driver responds and says 20mins. Long story short I recommend these guys they will get you your vehicle as soon as they can and as fast as possible and will not give you the run around neither will they over charge you. P.s not a scratch on my white pretty baby. Your in good hands with Stateway Auto. Thanks Stateway I really appreciate you all. Also no one told me to write this review this was my experience. Thanks again Stateway you guys and gals were awesome.
