Ill stick with facts fore they are unbiased. Was promised/guaranteed a definite quote of $800 on the signed contract ($750 to carrier and $50 despite) by Victor. Within hours of paying the deposit, I got a call from Victor asking for $50 more. He said the trucking company would not accept the original quote after repeatedly reassuring me he works with the best companies/promised me no extra charges/quote will not change etc. He was the only one who gave me a quote of $800 which should have been a red flag because the rest of the companies priced me at $950+. I got pressured to commit NOW, low balled, then got baited and switched after giving my deposit. I asked for a refund but never got it through Smart Talk Transport- had to dispute it with my credit card company. It was not fun. I was very meticulous with my questioning, did my research and even got a the quoted price in my contract. There was nothing I could do more on my end. Biggest tip would be to make sure you find a company that ships your car FIRST then takes the payment. If not you are basically paying the company before they do anything for you. If a price sounds too good to be true, it is. If your gut says no, listen to it.
