Everything was all good before Joey got into an accident, so they said. I was quoted $500 with a $100 deposit. Which meant $400 on delivery to the driver. Joey held my quote until my car was ready, which I really appreciated. When I was calling to set everything up for pick up they were helpful at first until they dispatched someone to pick my car up. At first they were like "we have a driver but he's asking for an extra $50" so I'm like ok that's fine, I always tip the driver anyway. So that's $450 on delivery on top of the $100 I already paid which brought the total to $550. Next thing you know the carrier people call me and says the driver is on the way to get my vehicle, and just to reaffirm $450 on the pick up I ask him and he's like "no no no, ship today says $500 on the delivery!" And I was like "what I never agreed to that" so now I'm a full $100 over what I agreed. So I didn't want to go back and fourth with the carrier so for 2 hrs str8 I tried my best to contact ship2day and they never answered or returned my voicemail. My car hasn't been delivered yet but I couldn't wait until it got here to leave a review. If it wasn't for Joey this would have 0 stars.
