I had never used a car transport company, my car was dispatched to TFI Trans LLC. From beginning to end, my experience was as smooth as it gets. Ship A Car Direct followed up with me promptly, providing me with a lot of details and reassuring me that my car would be safe. Thereafter my car was dispatched to TFI & I followed up with them regarding the details for pick up and drop off. They were great! They were on time, even when I wasn't. My parents were sending me the car, and their schedule changed last minute and they wouldn't be available to hand the car over to the transporter. I called them as soon as I knew, and they were so accommodating and flexible. They asked me for the next best time and they were there. Afterwards, I was contacted through text (my preferred method, since I am a teacher and cannot take phone call breaks during business hours) to give me updates. Would use this again!
