My car was shipped from Ohio to California when I moved. My shipping days were very close to the Christmas and New Years holidays so the pickup and transport was somewhat delayed, but ship a car direct did an awesome job of handling things. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful on any questions or concerns I had. As for the transporter, My mirror cover was damaged during the trip. When we noticed the problem upon delivery the drivers were quick to make things right, giving me $50 back to replace the mirror and we were both quickly on our way. If I ever move a car again Ship a Car Direct will be my first choice and I would recommend to any of my friends or family.
