I have used 2 car transport companies in my life. The first company I used (ACME) charged a higher price because they allowed me to select the exact day of both the pick up and delivery. They also claimed they used more reliable drivers, provided a higher level of service, etc. Despite the higher price, that company failed to meet my expectations on all levels. My experience with Ship A Car Direct was great! Both their email and phone communication was good. My car actually arrived 2 days sooner than I expected. My car was in great shape and the driver was very professional & easy to work with. He also communicated regularly regarding his schedule and he reached out to confirm an earlier delivery date (called me several days in advance). As a bonus, they charged less to ship my car than the other company I used previously. NOTE: Ship A Car Direct does provide a small rebate for writing a review (your choice of a good or bad review). However, this is my honest opinion about my experience. I would not put this out there for others to read and potentially make a decision if it was not true
