From the time I received my quote from Angela at Ship a Car Direct until I accepted delivery of the truck from EM Transport - it was a breeze. Angela gave superb customer service and many emails with updates, tips, etc. I was constantly informed of everything I needed to do and she checked in with me numerous occasions to make sure my needs were being met. Once assigned to Sean of EM Transport in Charlotte, NC - I found Sean to be nothing less than professional. He checked in quickly and was able to secure the vehicle in TX a day in advance (a Thursday) and we took delivery on Sunday AM. Sean is an asset to his company as well as Angela to hers. I would certainly use Angela and her expertise again should the need arise to transport a vehicle and would hope to get EM Transport again also. Great Team!
