I was in need of quick scheduling. I talked with Scott from Ship a Car Direct and he assisted me as best he could. He was patient, smooth, and he got the job done. My car was picked up the very next day, transported across the country from PA to CA in 4 days flat.

My car was transported on an open carrier and as such, I was not surprised to see some dirt on the car. A car wash got rid of the dirt. No scratches, no damage, and I was very pleased with the service.

Fam was the name of the carrier and he did an excellent job. He did pick up the car an hour after he said he would pick up and also delivered the car an hour and a half after he said he would deliver. Not a big deal, but kind of got my mind wondering a little. I understand the nature of the job and delays are expected. I recommend just keeping the customers updated of any changes with a simple text or phone call.
