This is my second time shipping my car cross country with Ship a Car Direct and both times have worked out flawlessly. This most recent time I really needed a pretty specific pick up date as I didn't want to be without my car for too long before moving from Cali to Maryland, I was pretty sure I would have last minutes errands to run up until the day before I moved. They were able to set me up with a carrier who could pick me up on my exact preferred day! Also, Bruce with Ship a Car Direct is always available to answers questions by phone and is always prompt and super helpful. My car arrived on time (picked up September 9th, delivered September 19th) and was still pretty clean and had no damage. I'm pleased and would definitely use this company a third time.
