Car shipped from Boston to SF Bay Area. Service representative did not respond to my email. I had to call after the scheduled pickup date arrived and I had received no call about arranging for pickup. Driver contracted then delivered the car a day before I actually arrived in Bay Area, even though company knew my limitations on when the earliest delivery date could be.

I have used Ship a Car Direct in the past and had an excellent experience with a different representative, so it was disappointing to run into snafus this time.
