I hired Ship A Car Direct to arrange for shipment of my Mazda from Washington, D.C. to Colorado. What I appreciated most about the experience was the company's honest approach. My representative was candid about how much it would cost to ship my car to a remote location rather than try to elicit my business with an unrealistic quote and THEN substantially increase the price. My representative kept me informed and always responded to my phone calls and e-mails. The company arranged for a carrier that picked up the car on time and delivered it just four days later exactly at the time the driver said he would arrive. The driver was quick and courteous. I've read a lot of horror stories about car shipping companies, but would unconditionally recommend Ship A Car Direct based on my experience.
