I have never shipped a vehicle before and was unsure of the whole process, but the associate at Ship a Car Direct talked me through the process and was very helpful. It does feel like it comes down to the wire before a company commits to picking up your vehicle but the associate explained this is the normal process. All in all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again.
