I had a great experience overall, my only one problem was that I wasn't told that they wouldn't be able to bring the car to me. I had to get a friend to give me a ride to a location 30 minutes away from where I live to pick up the car. They were flexible with my schedule as far as the pick up went though so that was nice at least.
