Ship a Car Direct was very helpful and offered a quick and easy process. The rest of the review is regarding the transport company they selected. The company that moved my car was a little passive and I had to be the one to contact them for any information throughout the entire process. When my car didn't arrive on either of the 2 days they said they would be there, I had to be the one to contact them in order to find out that my car was going to be another day late. My car was also placed in the cargo spot directly above the driver so after 3000+ miles, it arrived covered in bugs. Minor inconvenience.
