Everything went perfectly smoothly, was contacted by email to set up the pick up date and by phone for the actual pickup day. Car arrived in perfect condition from east coast to west coast within 6 days. Very simple, no problems, that's all I needed. It was also $200 cheaper than the other services I got quotes from.
