The car was picked up pretty promptly (except it was in a big parking lot a couple miles from my home, as the driver said he could not drive 18 wheels to my place). The dispatchers of Ship-a-car-direct are responsible and knowledgeable, so that I can keep tracking the status of my car easily. The delivery was great (to-door, just a day late (understandable), no damage or scratch, nice driver). Overall nice experience with Ship-a-car-direct!
