We had a very satisfying experience working with Ship-a-car Direct to send my mom's car from California to Florida. Every aspect of the process went great. From the initial contact with Stefan, the primary contact, through his continuous and timely updates, and then our contacts with Mr. Gia, the assigned driver of the Philly Express Group carrier company, through it all, we were very pleased with the professionalism, excellence, and quality of service we received from everyone. As for the transported vehicle, other than some expected dirt on the outside from the cross-country trip, the car arrived perfectly.

It is obvious the folks at Ship-a-car Direct know their business really well. They saved us so much time researching and screening vehicle carriers directly. The originally quoted cost never changed during the shipment process, and was exactly what we paid for, in addition to being extremely competitive against the handful of local carriers from whom we got quotes. I will be recommending to friends and family members the services of Ship a Car Direct for any vehicle shipping needs. They're now in our list of preferred contractors. I wholeheartedly recommend them, no wonder they are so highly rated.
