I gave a 2 day window for the pickup. I got a call late in the evening on the second day Phoenix Freight picked the car up at 10pm on the last day. I had a flight early the next day so the late contact from the carrier had me concerned. I was in contact with Ship A Car Direct, however it usually took a few hours for a reply. I had a friend on the receiving end and needed to coordinate the delivery. The car carrier wouldn't return my calls during the entire process, however I was in contact with the driver. He was helpful. Ship A Car Direct tried to help but tPhoenix Freight didn't get back to them either. Ship A Car Direct is a broker so once the car ships there isn't much they can do. When I called Ship A Car Direct they would get back to me a few hours later either by email or phone. The stress of timing was based on the car carrier, Ship A Car Direct was true to their word on price and timing. Hopefully they use a better car carrier in the future.
