This was my first time shipping a car. I shipped a car from Chicago to San Diego. To be honest I was really nervous about shipping because there seem to be a lot of bad experiences that people have with companies in this industry. I did some research and Ship a Car Direct was one of the top rated. I called a couple of companies before choosing this one and chose this one originally because their customer service reps. were articulate, knowledgeable and came across professional. I absolutely need that in a company. Also, the damage free guarantee is a deal maker. I was equally pleased with Tony's transport, the company they chose to transport the car. They did a great job with inspecting the car at pick up and delivering it to me in a good time frame.The car arrived exactly as it left, just needed a good car wash:)
