Ship-A-Car Direct delivered prompt, courteous service. I was referred by a friend, and was not disappointed. Karen was courteous, and kept up the communication. I'd expected the car to be extremely dirty and greasy, having travelled across the country in an open carrier, but it only had a little exterior dirt, which was easily removed by a simple car wash. I had the opportunity to watch the driver, as he was carefully unloading other clients' cars, and could tell he took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone shipping a car!
