I had an exceptionally good experience considering everything! I had a timely pick-up and good contact with all involved put any apprehension I may have had to rest. Regarding the delivery, there were no problems; the vehicle arrived ahead of schedule and in good condition. Much of the communication was done online or by text messaging which was convenient, however the phone contact was an important element in reassuring me that I wasnt a number lost in the system. After the order was placed, I was contacted relatively quickly regarding the time the vehicle I was transporting was to be picked up. I would be comfortable using this company again and would not hesitate referring friends or family. Thank you.
