My representative, Kay was super honest and helpful. She was very responsive to my questions and always called me back in a timely manager. I had been skeptical about hidden fees or charges that could have been made but Ship A Car Direct was 100% honest about their no hidden fee policy. I also like the fact that I did not have to pay a large sum of money until my car arrived! This ensured that my car would be taken care of during transit. Also, those who picked up my car were very thorough with inspecting my car and making sure I took note of damages. They did not rush me at all and were open to me taking as much time as I needed to evaluate (both pick up and drop off) I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone looking for a reasonable and reliable service. The only downfall was that those picking up my car/ dropping it off had asked me in both instances to "meet them somewhere" rather than the door-to-door service I thought I was getting. Other than that, I am really happy with the outcome and would absolutely use them again.

Sorry your driver had to meet you somewhere other than your address - that is common for cities like San Francisco (where your car was delivered) or for neighborhoods on hills, with tight curves or dead ends, narrow streets, or low hanging trees. Your driver only has one big truck - often loaded with other cars they have to protect - so sometimes they have to meet at a big open space like a shopping mall parking lot or a truck stop.
