This is my first experience shipping a car and I would use Ship a Car Direct again if the need comes up again.

The person I worked with from the company, Karen, was very knowledgeable and helped out a lot during the process.

Also, I found the videos on the company's website very helpful. And they pretty accurately describe all of the information that you need to know.

The carrier chosen for me was professional and delivered the car earlier than I requested, but that worked out OK at the delivery location.
