My experience was a good one. I arranged to have the car, a 2012 Camaro, picked up from a relative in Syracuse, NY, and delivered to my son in Austin, TX. There were no glitches. The car was picked up within 2 days of the 1st available date, and delivered 2 days after pickup. Tom from Ship A Car Direct handled the entire process smoothly, and with courtesy and professionalism. The overall cost was reasonable, and the car arrived in good shape, save picking up some road dirt in transit.
