Moved my car from Boston to Los Angeles. After reading all the horror stories online, was ready to expect the worst. However, Matt at Ship a Car Direct was very helpful - it really sounded like they have the whole process down. I knew what to expect, didn't have a problem communicating with the carrier they put me in touch with - and, best of all, got the car EXACTLY when promised, for the price that was quoted beforehands. My wife, who was doing the pickup, didn't even have to get a rental car - how nice is that!
