This was my first time shipping a vehicle from state to state and I had no idea how the process worked. I began a search of my own for different companies to ship my car. I entered my contact informtion on different sites to get quotes and that quickly became overwhelming, I received countless phone calls, emails, and text messages from random people. It became frustrating trying to sift through the emails and compare the different companies. On a final attemp to find a company I went on the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) website. With all the good reviews I decided to give Ship A Car Direct a call. I had the pleasure of working with Stefan, he assured me that he would guide me through the entire process from beginning to end and he did just that. Stefan did a wonderful job at explaining each step of the process. I no longer had to worry about finding a carrier to ship my car because Stefan took care of all the details, if I had additional questions Stefan was available via telephone or email. I too received phone calls and emails from Stefan to ensure things were going as planned. Overall, my experience with Ship A Car Direct was a great one.
