This was my first time having to ship a car and after reading all of the negative information on line I was very nervous about the process. I talked with several companies and Emily was by far, the most helpful. It only took a couple days for her to find a carrier and after contact with them my car was on it's way. It arrived on schedule with no problems. I have just referred my son's girlfriend to use this same service.
