SHIP YOUR CAR NOW was an absolute God send for me. My grandson is in college in Maryland and decided he needed his vehicle. I chose a company from the numerous bids I received. I had to place a deposit of $175 and my pick up window was 3-7 days. On the 5th day, I contacted the company and advised them that if my vehicle is not picked up on the 7th day that I wanted my deposit refunded in order for me to go elsewhere. Company responded by stating they had a carrier to transport my vehicle on Sept 4th and I needed to accept or decline immediately. The problem was they sent me the email on Sept 5th. Idiots

At this point I called SHIP YOUR CAR NOW and Tanya was an absolute dream. I phoned her and she had a carrier for me within an hour, within two hours she contacted me with the actual driver's phone number. Driver picked up my vehicle at 7:30 the next morning and the vehicle arrived in Maryland on schedule. I am so please with the service I received. I will keep contact information for SHIP YOUR CAR NOW on file and definitely use them again and refer them to anyone in the market of shipping a vehicle. I would not rate this company a 5, I WOULD RATE THEM A 10.
