Rene Sedano from serenity auto shipping sent me two invoices for two cars to be transported from Colorado Springs to Orlando. The agreed upon price was $1400. $400 to be paid to him and $500 to the driver for each car upon delivery. He went into my account after the deposit was made and even before any services were rendered and took out $500 out of the $1000 that were supposed to be given to the driver. When I called him, he proceeded to tell me that I would only have to pay the driver $500 upon delivery. When the time came to pick up my cars ( a month after the invoices were made) I called him a week in advance to ensure all was set as previously discussed and he said everything was running smoothly. On the day the first car was suppose to be picked up he called me and said that it was not going to happen as previously discussed that both cars were going to be picked together, the first one 2 days late the second one 2 days early. I had to pick up my entire apartment in 2 days instead of 3 1/2 days and put in a u-box, I had to call the rental car company and pick a rental car two days early (so this guy was already costing me money). I was not able to contract another company in so short notice. The driver picked up my cars but he would not deliver them(my sister was waiting in Florida for the cars as my flight was canceled due to Hurricane Mathews so I was doing everything on the phone) because the $500 that I sent to the driver were not enough. Rene Sedano had told the driver I would pay him $1250 instead of the $500 that were left from the original contract. I had no choice but to give the driver the money or he would not give me my cars. I had to call Rene Sedano over 12 times before he picked up the phone. He said he had spent the money that he STOLE from my account and would not pay the driver or refund me money. At the end, Rene Sedano has stolen $750 from me. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT contract this company. I have also reported him to the better business bureau.
