I was fed lies to secure my business. They do NOT use drivers with experience in motorcycles, which was the first thing they outlined as what sets them apart. The driver told me it was his first bike pick up. The first driver missed the pickup, so they got another driver for the pick up. Thankfully the driver confirmed the price with me, as it had gone up $100 without my knowledge. When i called the dispatcher, they initially stated that wasn't possible without my signature. After they realized their mistake (took 5 seconds once they actually listened and looked up my info), they stated they would refund the $100 out of their amount and that I should pay the driver the new amount.
3 months later and multiple calls and emails later, NO refund. They've never actually returned my call, no matter who takes my messages. Most recently i spoke with Lee Paolino (THE OWNER), and was totally shocked by how rude he was. Despite my shock and his rudeness, he was adamant that the refund would be in the mail the next Monday. A month later, nada.
I strongly encourage you to find another business to work with. Once they have your money, they refocus on luring in the next customer vs. doing what they were paid to do.
