Charged me the broker fee of $149.99...and never heard back. Tried getting my sons car shipped home from College in Colorado to NJ and schedule flights. Plaza ignored my numerous phone calls and email after they charged me their fee. I couldn't cancel my contract because nobody would respond to me. When I tried to get a different service nobody could help me because I had signed a contract. Overall a complete 7 day headache! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
