Carlos was contact person, offered best price of all transport companies. Stayed on top of the situation till car was dropped off to family member 224 miles from starting point. Very pleased with the service. Although I wasn't there when car was dropped off, family member said all was fine. Process was easier than I thought it would be, thanks to Carlos' help.
