Failed to find a transport

I signed a contract for my MGB to be transported within California a distance
of about 230 miles. Carlos the broker after receiving my $75 fee only contacted
me saying I will find a driver, no problem. After having my money for a week, he
waited until 2 days before the transport date to find a transport. When I kept asking him
if we were going to make it happen, his replies were curt and dis-respective. He referred
to me as Bud several times and kept giving me short, non helpful replies.The day I was
supposed to have my car picked up, he said nobody would pick up my car for the price he
quoted. The result was: They did not honor the contract and I was left on moving day scrambling
to find a place to store my car. The company does not answer the telephone they list and did not
return my message for a refund. I am still waiting to get my money back. Stay clear of this company.
Their word doesn't mean anything.The Broker Carlos was defensive and unprofessional.
