Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with Passage Auto Transport.
Here is a copy of the letter that I have faxed, mailed certified & regular mail. I have left so many messages for Whitney in Accounting. NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALL. They owe me money. I now realize I will never see the money and would never wish for anyone to have to deal with such an unprofessional company.

So, for all who are considering Passage Auto Transport - Please read my letter, so it does not happen to you.

Dear Passage Auto Transport,

On July 5, 2016, we secured your services for transport of our 2002 Toyota Tacoma. I was assured on the phone by Armani that the truck would be picked up on August 13, 2016 and dropped off in Colorado on August 18, 2016. Neither happened. I was unable to get in touch with anyone from your company between August 13, 2016 and August 16, 2016 when I received an email from Armani saying our truck would be picked up tomorrow. He offered no explanation for the delay, nor did he offer any apology for ignoring my phone calls and emails. Our truck was finally picked up in Virginia Beach on August 17, 2016 and dropped off in Colorado on August 21, 2016.
I realize your contract states you have 10 days however Armani assured me that was not something I needed to worry about. I could have easily moved my pick up date if I felt it was necessary.

My contract for transport of our vehicle for $775.00. I paid the $75.00 deposit as instructed. When the driver called to let us know when our truck would be delivered, he told us we would need to pay $975.00 when the truck was dropped off. We tried numerous times to email you, call the office and the Armani's cell phone. No one returned my calls or emails.
I ended up having to pay the additional money so we could receive our truck.
I have left several messages today and sent another email to Armani and once again, have not heard back.

I request a refund of $275.00 to be paid immediately.
