Once Orange transport assigns the carrier, they hardly had any information on what was going on. I shipped two cars from 2 different carriers they assigned. One carrier was good (although he gave me only 1 hour notice instead of 1 day notice as promised) and the other carrier was very troublesome. He was late by a day, did not bother to notify..picked up the car at around midnight and also wanted to deliver the car around midnight to a nearby Walmart location (6 miles away). In both the cases, Orange did not have any control or information. The good part is that both the cars arrived safe without any damage.
