Joe Carter was awesome and with me all the way throughout the transport and the carrier they chose (Moonlight Express) was very professional . My BMW was exceptionally difficult because it was dropped to a total of 5 inches clearance, but they got it loaded and unloaded without a scratch. Otherwise, it would have cost me twice as much using a special ramp with an enclosed carrier. I can't say enough good things about my experience, so thank you Joe!
