I was looking to have my car shipped from NJ to TX. I contacted several companies and selected one with an A+ rating with a reasonable price. I was not assigned any driver till my last day of scheduled pickup. In a frantic situation, I picked up New World Auto from BBB and discussed with the owner Steve Wells. He was extremely friendly and gave me a competitive estimate and guaranteed pickup on the next day. Throughout the process, he was prompt in responding to my calls and messages. The driver showed up a little late but delivered the vehicle on the predicted dates. I was not even there to receive my vehicle. I was a little nervous but Steve took care of my car in his covered garage and I received it in excellent condition on the next day. I am recommending New World Auto to all of my friends and would happily contact them in the future for any moves. Again, thank you Steve for your excellent service.
