Horrible Experience

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. I had many conversations with Carl and he assured me that my car would be delivered to the designated location within 3-4 days. He said that he would not dispatch a driver to me that could not comply with the time frame. The driver came to pick up my car Tuesday. When I asked to confirm the delivery date, the driver told me that he could not deliver my car until Monday. I called Carl and told him that this was not within the time frame. I reminded him that I needed my car by a set time because I had to drive 6 hours away from the drop off location. He apologized and he assured me that I would get a refund since he could not deliver my car within the timeframe. I had to drive my vehicle to California in order to be there for my new job on time AND it is two weeks later and I have not been issued a refund. I DO NOT recommend this company. A company that employs individuals without integrity is a company that does not deserve your business.
