I stayed behind THREE DAYS after I needed to in Atlanta because the original company kept pulling my leg. I called Nationwide and Janelle and I spoke she helped me get my Audi picked up the same day. Not only the same day but a few hours after I called her. I paid a security deposit of $150 and $700 to Phillip the man who drove the truck who was extremely respectful and actually apologized that I was waiting for so long. Janelle even checked on our drive to LA since my husband and I drove our 2nd car to California. Would use again and I would trust nationwide with any of our cars!! No damage! Polite!fast!!!
