Carrier was contracted to move a vehicle for a customer of ours from New Hampshire to Miami Gardens on 4/6/2016. The contract said carrier were supposed to collect $50 on our behalf as our brokerage fee and then mail us the payment. As per our conversation with the carrier's dispatcher, carrier was supposed to mail this payment as soon as their truck delivered the vehicle and they collected from our customer. This happened nearly a month ago and we still have not received payment. We have called their office several time at different times of the day and are always told by the same person that the accounting person is never there. This is all a scam. The person that answers the phone always tells us that our issue is handled by an accountant which never happens to be there. These guys are capable of lying and misleading over just $50 bucks!!! Unreal!!! Very poor customer service and very unprofessional people!!!
