The transporter J&S Auto Hauler Inc was a nightmare but the customer service that I received from Montway was outstanding they make me feel that my car was completely Montway responsibility until it was delivered. I didn't care is the delivery took a extra days I was in shocked for the bad matters and scary way the owner of J&S Auto Hauler Inc talked to me over the phone. At one point I thought my car would be stolen or damage from J&S Auto Hauler Inc, I decided to go with a rental car 45 minutes away and get my car because J&S Auto Hauler Inc made it from SFO to MIA but not to my address, the guy said the truck broke and because the long holiday weekend it will take 3 more days even though he was 45 minutes away.
