I was very happy with Montway Transport, especially with Conrad. I was not completely happy, however, with the delivery. First of all the driver for Ontrack Transportation LLC, did NOT deliver to our home. We had to meet him at a location approximately 40 miles from our home, and we had to pay for a flatbed truck to transport the vehicle to our home, at a cost of $150. When we had spoken with the driver from Ontrack LLC, we had asked him to call us when he was approximately half an hour away from I-90 exit #27 in New York, since that's about how long it would take us to get to that location. When my husband and the driver of the flatbed arrived, the driver from Ontrack LLC was extremely rude, telling my husband "he was late"!
I will use Montway again, if I have the need, but I will remember to ask them not to use Ontrack LLC Transportation for my business.
