I highly recommend Montway! At the last minute, we decided to ship a family car to our son who was moving from Chicago to Boston. Since we were going to be leaving for Boston in a few days, the timing for pick up and drop off had to be highly coordinated. Montway did not disappoint and went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to get an accurate quote online and when I needed to make some changes (For an extra $50, I packed the car with our son's boxes saving a lot of hassle and money.), Inreceived prompt (within minutes) calls from Montway's knowledgeable and courteous customer service team. The car was picked up and dropped off (damage free) when they said it would be, and our driver kept in touch via calls and texts so we could time everything perfectly. We were very impressed with what could have been a stressful experience, but instead was hassle free. Thank you very much!
