My only complaint is that the initial drop off time from the driver was very ambitious. After the car was picked up, my brother called the driver and he was told it would be delivered around 5 pm. Around 3 pm my brother called to check the status and he was told 7 pm. After another status check it was 1 am. The car finally showed up at 2 am. It is hard to predict the traffic any day on the 95 so I wish they would just be more realistic. I will deal with this company again because I know my vehicles will show up in the condition I sent them. I will wait if they are late.
