Not so good experience. Could have been better

My experience with Montway was not as positive as I would have thought after reading the reviews. The customer support agents were helpful but the company advertises a low price for transport which is exactly the way the truckers look at it that are looking for loads to haul. This resulted in my car being assigned a trucker 7 days after my first available pickup date. I booked my order on 5/13 with my first date as 5/16. 5/17 was unavailable due to pickup person availability. I ended up having to increase my price by an additional $130 and finally a trucker agreed. While the price was the issue Montway kept saying that it was trucker availability, which I found to not be the case. Montway just needs to get their prices right and they will do much better. The trucker, B A Autotransport was fantastic to deal with. They were the bright spot in this situation. Picked up next day after being assigned and dropped off 3 days later. That 1 day ahead of schedule and the acquisition was quick and painless. I applaud Jorge and B A Transport but Montway not so much. They wasted a bit of my time honestly.
