Juan Carlos Bonitto was my customer service rep. He timely responded to correspondence, and got me a good deal on transport. The shipper was 1 day late picking up the vehicle (not Mercury's fault), but otherwise it was a good overall experience. I would recommend Mercury and JC Bonitto, and I would use their services again.
